Scandic Plaza Boras is a modern, six storey hotel with red brick exterior, centrally located in Boras in Western Sweden within walking distance of tourist attractions and shops. The hotel's guestrooms feature modern Scandinavian style decor and wooden floors; in room amenities include satellite television with pay movies, Internet connections, clock radios, desks, trouser presses and Bathrooms with baths and hair dryers.
After a day's sightseeing, guests can top up their tans in the solarium or relax in the spa tub and sauna located at the top of the hotel's tower with panoramic views of Boras. Guests with business needs will benefit from a business centre and 18 meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 200 people, while families with children can enjoy the playroom next to the restaurant which is open 24 hours and provides toys, games, videos and computer games. Parking is also available for guests arriving by car. Vänga Kvarn, one of Sweden's surviving mills is 13 kilometres from the hotel and the medieval Torpa Stenhus castle is 20 kilometres away. Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is 45 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
