Beskrivning (engelska):

The Scandic Lugnet is an architecturally striking hotel in the centre of Lugent, overlooking the town's landmark ski jumps, and next door to a sports centre. This 12 floor hotel features 153 modern guestrooms, all of which have views of the town or the ski jumps, and include cable TV with pay movies, complimentary high speed Internet connections, trouser presses and hair dryers.
After a day on the slopes, guests can soothe aching muscles with a refreshing swim in the pool, or by unwinding in the sauna; access is complimentary for hotel guests. Guests can also spoil themselves by renting the spa tub and relaxing with friends and family in privacy. After sampling traditional Swedish fare in the restaurant guests can chill out by the log fireplace with a coffee or dessert in the lounge. Children will be kept entertained in Sigge the Hedgehog's playroom where there are plenty of toys, games and books to keep them amused; kids also receive a surprise gift at check in and there is a children's menu in the restaurant. Business guests benefit from the use of five modern meeting rooms with audio visual equipment and guests arriving by car will appreciate free car parking adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is located in the sporting area of Lugnet, famous for its winter sports activities. Nearby the hotel there are plenty of opportunities for skiing, golf and other outdoor pursuits. Local attractions include the ski jump tower and Falun Copper Mine, both within a kilometre. Borlänge Dala Airport is 20 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

Taxis are available outside the airport. The town centre is easily explored on foot. A car is recommended for trips further afield.
Driving directions: From the airport follow the R80 which runs through the middle of Lugnet, with its two ski jumps as a landmark. Follow the signs to Lugnet Riksskidsstadion.
