Beskrivning (engelska):

Location. Occupying a 17th century townhome in Old Town, the Lord Nelson Hotel is located 100 metres from the main pedestrian thoroughfare of the Old Town district Gamla Stan in Stockholm, Sweden. This maritime themed hotel is located less than one mile from the Royal Palace, the National Museum and the Nobel Museum. Central Station is located one mile from the property.
Hotel Features. Decorated with naval antiques, the Lord Nelson Hotel boasts that it is the most narrow hotel in Sweden. Complimentary buffet style breakfasts are served daily in the hotel's breakfast area adjoining the lobby. The hotel's lounge offers beer and wine. The property offers currency exchange and laundry services. High speed Internet access is available in public areas for a fee.

Guestrooms. Each of the 29 guestrooms at the Lord Nelson Hotel are named and decorated to mimic a ship's interior design. All rooms include hardwood floors with blue and cream paneling on the walls. Amenities include cable television and high speed Internet access for a fee.

Expert Tip. The Lord Nelson Hotel is named for and dedicated to Lord Nelson, the British hero of the Battle of Trafalgar against Napoleon. The Swedish hotel is fashioned after a ship's design and each floor is aptly named the Gun Deck, Middle Deck, Upper Deck, Quarter Deck and Poop Deck. All floors display various maritime antiques while the Poop Deck offers views of the Stockholm cityscape.

The airport has three railway stations: one for long distance destinations and two for frequent express trains to Stockholm. Taxis are found directly outside the terminals. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building. There are also bus stations outside terminals 2, 4 and 5.
